How we PICK

The short rulebook behind every listing.

  1. 01

    One best pick per job

Every job gets a single recommendation, plus a few alternatives for different needs. If something better comes along, the pick changes.

  2. 02

    Links are checked automatically

Every listed link is checked on a schedule. Dead or broken sites come off the list.

  3. 03

    Free means free

Every listing says whether it’s free, has a free tier, or is paid, and whether you need an account to use it.

  4. 04

    Safe to click

We don’t list sites that push sketchy downloads, fake “free” trials or misleading ads.

  5. 05

    Money never decides the pick

Some links earn us a commission and some sites pay for a featured slot. Featured slots are always labeled, and neither affects which site is the pick.

  6. 06

    Tell us when we’re wrong

Spotted a better site, a dead link, or a paywall we missed? Use “Know a better one?” on any page.
